Fresh florals from the local village florist, grace each table while outside the dining room balcony, the gentle rustle of bougainvillea can be heard and the mystic Pollino Mountains reach up to the Mediterranean sky.

Each dish is crafted to delight both palate and spirit.

From saffron polenta and wild asparagus frittata to vanilla bean espresso and lemon thyme cakes, our menu is a poetic homage to nature, seasonality, and the Italian art of slowing down.
